Resilience is a multifaceted concept and one that has attracted considerable scientific attention in recent years. This session will explore the nature of resilience and how it relates to interpersonal and intrapersonal domains at work. Participants will have an opportunity to assess their own levels of resilience and consider how mindfulness practices can support personal resilience in times of change and contribute toward ethical business conduct.
